5/6/12 - I finished making changes to my Senior Thesis proposal, revising some grammar errors and making additions that Professor Pollock suggested. I also started addresses her comments on the Methodology I wrote, but I need to ask a few questions to clarify her comments their before making all the changes. I also updated documentation on the website and in my code, as it was getting a little out of date.
